📝 HOW IT WORKS

1. Select your options below and add your custom request to cart
2. Place your order
3. We will contact you within 24–48 hours to confirm design details
4. A proof will be sent to you for approval
5. Once approved, full payment is required
6. Production begins after payment is received
7. Your order will ship or be ready for pickup

💡 CUSTOM REQUEST FEE ($2.50)

A $2.50 custom request fee is required for all custom orders.

This fee covers:
• Reviewing your custom request
• Design planning & setup
• Initial communication and mockup preparation

This fee is non-refundable, as work begins prior to production.
The $2.50 does not include the final product price and will be applied toward your custom order total once pricing is finalized.

💳 PAYMENT REQUIREMENT

Once your custom design is approved by you, full payment is required before production begins.

This ensures:
• Your order is secured in our production schedule
• Materials are purchased specifically for your item
• Production time is reserved for your order

Production will not begin until payment is received.

⏱️ PROCESSING TIME

Processing time is up to 2 weeks from the date your order is received.
Processing time does NOT include shipping time.
